Hi,
Could you please make "Disable All Sends" consistent? I.e., once you disable all sends on track 1, whenever you create a new return track B, sending to B is always gonna be disabled by default on track 1.
This bothers me a lot since I have established a workflow of utilizing audio tracks as buses to group regular tracks (I learned this from Skrillex). A good thing about this workflow is that, you can route your return tracks back to a regular audio track again for group processing.
Take this simple scenario as example:
I have 2 instrument tracks:
- 1: drums
- 2: a synth
and 2 return tracks:
- A: echo
- B: reverb
Track 1 and 2 both sends their signals to return track A and B.
Now, I want to sidechain all my echoverbs to the kick drum. All I have to do is to create a new audio track 3 as a "ECHOVERB BUS" and routing track A and B's outputs into 3. Then I can easily process the echoverb group there.
However, ideally, track 3's sends should all be disabled by default cuz you'll never have to route the signal back to any of the echoverb tracks again (which is essentially, feedback). If the sends are not disabled, sometimes Live's routing can get messy (e.g. when you solo certain tracks, you can hear signals from other tracks as well).
This is really just a simple example. In reality I can have dozens of bus tracks like 3 and each time I create a new return track, I have to go through all of them to disable all sends one by one. This is driving me crazy!
