Disable Bluetooth and try it again. Thats all.

I went into my sound preference and changed the sample rate from 48000 to 44000 and it fixed it for me.

Thanks, turning off Bluetooth worked for me too. The issue isn't really with Bluetooth, though.
The "8000 as a sample rate" error occurs for me whenever my last-used ASIO device (at the moment, a Razer Opus) isn't connected. In this situation, Live displays the "8000" error message and immediately closes ASIO4all, which prevents the user from doing anything except connecting the device Live is looking for, and if that device is unavailable then you're screwed afaik. Live should at least leave ASIO4all running with no device, so the user can open the control panel and select one. However, if the missing device is a Bluetooth device, apparently turning off Bluetooth until after ASIO4all starts is a viable workaround.
(Windows 11 23H2, Live 11.3.35 and ASIO4all 2.15)

LOL sorry but Razer Opus (bluetooth headphones) are not an "ASIO device" - nor is ASIO4ALL an "ASIO driver".
