MIDI Export Shortcut Broken?

I've noticed that the shortcut for MIDI Export [Control + Shift + E] is no longer working as it did in Live 11.

You can still select "MIDI Export" as an option in the file menu and if you hover over the button, in the help pannel it show that the shortcut is still there. However when you try the shortcut it doesn't prompt anything in ableton to run it even when you have a MIDI clip selected.

The MIDI Export shortcut has been removed.
CMD(Ctrl)+SHIFT+E is now used to split a clip region from within the detailed clip view.
