Selling Move : transfer license

This is not very clear:

"Only an entire Live license can be transferred: all Live versions and corresponding serial numbers contained in the license will also be acquired by the recipient. This applies to Suite and upgrades; you can only transfer the whole thing."

As an owner of Live12 suite and also owner of Live Lite 12 that was included in the Move purchase,
if I sell Move, only the Live Lite license will be transferred, right ?

In lay(wo)man's words it probably means that, as long as you didn't merge your Move-related Live Lite licence with your original Live Suite license account, you should be good selling your Move without losing your Suite licence.
In practice, Support will help you reselling your Move peacefully.
