Push 3 is not booting after update

I think I managed to brick my Push 3 Standalone.
I tried to update to Push 2.1.11 and after Push downloaded and installed the software it restarted but is stuck on the screen with the Ableton Push logo since then (no flashing pads).

* I tried a hard reset to no avail (hold power until green save light toggles on/off)
* I tried to boot into recovery (user+power on)
* I flashed the Ableton recovery image to an USB stick and tried to boot into recovery with the stick inserted in the USB A port

Nothing. The device is stuck early at the screen with Push logo.
Controller mode with Ableton is still working.
I have filled a ticket but may be someone has an other idea what to do?

I did not do much with the Push yet, except installing software so it would be o.k. to reset it to factory status.

Not sure if this is related but I recognized that the battery shows 100%, but when I pull the power plug the Push shuts off immediately.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Controller mode with Ableton is still working.

No, that is also not working right. Everything lights up and the buttons are working, but the encoders are dead.
Software tab in settings says:

Ableton Live 12 Suite 12.1.11
but
Firmware 1.4.6
Release notes say that should be 1.4.10
Is there a way that I can just clean install everything from the Mac via USB C or reset it to factory settings?

Someone wrote that maybe a component is not seated well so I thought it might be worth to look inside.
I opened the Push and disconnected the battery and tried to boot the Push and it booted successfully without battery attached!

I connected the battery again and the Push still was able to boot.

Battery shows 100% charge but if I disconnect the power plug the Push instantly turns off.

It seams that the battery is either defective or something with the calibration is off.

Which turns to the next question:

Does anybody know how to reset/recalibrate the battery?

This seems to be a fault with the battery contacts. Its reading the battery charge status, but the main power tabs aren't properly seated.

Was this an upgrade? Or bought as a standalone? What are you using to charge the Push?
Do you have an alternative charger , eg USB C laptop 65w charger?

I bought it new as standalone 6 month ago, it was working fine the few times I used it. But I did not use it the last 5 months and it was not connected to power, so maybe that could have killed the battery? I am using the original charger. I have an alternative charger and will try that, good idea.

But I remember, when the battery was working it was normal that the charge dropped if the Push was not operated. Currently it shows always 100% charged what I think is suspicious.

Let the battery drain fully to see if that helps.
But in any case, it's probably better to contact Support

I am having an issue after updating to the latest beta I saved my project and shut down my push 3 Sa and now it won't power on all I get is a green save light after holding power for 20 seconds it will not power on or show anything on the screen at all I tried troubleshooting reset hold user power button etc and I even opened it up and disconnected the battery and tried to connect in controller mode still nothing FML
