Can't find Decapitator vst3 on latest version of Ableton Live 12 Standard......

Hello,

Trying to get latest version of Decapitator to show up in Ableton Live 12, I have installed Decapitator on my new windows 11 laptop, I can get all my other plugins so show up but it won't find Decapitator on scan. I have tried VST3 and VST scan and have tried pointing the scanned folder to all the folders listed on the install description and it won't find it. I can manually find the folder and Decapitator VST3 file on file explorer but Ableton won't pick it up when I point to its location.

Am I missing something, any suggestions would be appreciated.

EDIT: Ive activated Decapitator on Loki and held down Alt scanning, Ableton with show Decapitator being scanned in bottom left but never appears in plugin list

Sorry for the big necro-reply, but this is happening to me right now on Live 12.1.11

I recently bought Newfangled Saturate, and no matter what I do, it won't show up in my plugin list.
