pretty big ass picture sorry.

note no monitors :( I really need a nice set of monitors and headphones but only got £150 any suggestions?

I did a gig on Sunday night using just my laptop and it sounded great through the pa, there were people there with loads of lovely kit. One guy asked me if I was serious about using the onboard sound on my laptop, and when he heard it his jaw dropped which made me laugh. I'm on a tight budget so would rather spend my cash on things Ill use.

I really want a trigger finger to launch scenes and tweak fx. I also like spending money on high quality samples, I guess I could get samples for free but I do find that i get what I want more easily then I can destroy the samples to my own taste.

I thought I was the only one in the world with one of these little "gems". Well spotted, AJ! 8O
I've had one of these since 1998! :? Nice delays, average reverbs... noisy as fock. So why are they "gems" then? Give me some good reasons not to replace it with something QUIETER for a start!

(Nice setups guys, btw. Mine is rather more humble! Only one keyboard!!)

Do some feedback loops with it. You will not be disappointed. I just sold mine last week. It was an end of an era for me but... I have pretty much sold off all my outboard gear since I closed the studio. I used to make all finds of interesting noises with that piece. And it was inexpensive to buy.
Ableton’s engineers are hard
at work developing code that will allow our software to predict the future, but we don’t
anticipate having this available until at least the next major release.
