VST Patch Problem

Anyone ever experienced any problems with vsts where u will load a patch, change some settings in the patch etc, save the patch and session your working on in live - but when you play the tune your making in live from the start the patch gets reset to its default patch?

Only with KarmaFX synth but in that one you HAVE to save your patch or you will lose it. (Very non-standard and a bit of a pain).

Check the manual of the plugins that do this.

Im only having a problem with V-station patches, my other VST's are fine...
