Bug fix update Live 5.0.3 is available!

Post by Alex » Fri Dec 23, 2005 2:36 pm

Hi folks,

we just released the bug fix update Live 5.0.3.

You can get it via the download section of our website:
www.ableton.com/download

Because of some website restructuring the 'Check for Updates...' command
from Live's help menu will not work before this late evening (Berlin time).

A very big thanks to all people participating on the 5.0.3 beta period.
I did not yet managed to answer all mails sent to beta@ableton.com but
I will try again to catch up on everything in the next days.

Also I wish all of you a happy, stress-free Christmas and/or happy holidays.

Note:

To all Live 5.0.3 beta tester, please keep in mind that the final Live 5.0.3
version copies the preferences from the last final Live version (Live 5.0.2)
but not from any Live 5.0.3 beta version.

Kind Regards,
Alex

are there any additional bugfixes from 3b7? or is it the same but with manual attached.
17" macbook pro (2.33 ghz / 2 gb ram) osx 10.4.10
m audio quattro or (more often) the onboard card
midisport 2x2
some outboard synths and a lot of big black boxes that weigh a lot and make loud noises.

B7 was the release candidate. So yeah, it's probably the same.

Santa (a.k.a Alex) and the rest of the Abletoninans, thanks for the great xmas gift!

Get yourself some glasses of that Glögg (that's what we call it in Sweden atleast, is it Glühwein in Germany?) and get some well earned rest and all that.

Thanks for all the effort you put into this product, I for one love Live! Big ups!

My Grandpa was Swedish. My family is having glug tonight, his recipe and my turn to make so we will think of him! Also, secretly in my mind, I will make a small toast to 5.0.3. :P

This is the awesome update I have been waiting for. Thank you!!!!

xoxo

The clipping is mostly gone, great work ableton!
If I use the iac driver with live it just spikes all over the place! Is anybody else having this problem?
