Personally I also think protools is a good idea but a nice HD system and Computer will eat up your $20k pretty damn quick.

Try them all and see what suits you. Ableton Live changed the way I do everything, Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar, Live, it's all out there, there's no one solution for everyone.

is not serious guy hes not haveing 20k because he dont think anythiinks from suggestions but important he not pay any sense to suggestings of good hardware or pro tool that I mention early. He could have HD system + Live + analog front end + some decent ouboxes.
people here talking for chairs and big fancy screenings but only two peope suggest proper things becauyse they must having experienmces with gear professional that soundings great than only software like live.
