hey, cool.

i'm a fan of the rode nt2. lots of people complain about it being brittle in the highs, but i like how it sounds up there.

i've never heard the saphire, but its focusrite so i guess the pres are good.

These are extremely useful. I'm probablly gonna get another one. I use my current one as a head phone mix from my mixers my master out and the cue out from live. it's great. But now I need one as a switch for monitors.

What did you pay for it. I wasnt familiar with this product. I have a mackie Big knob and i couldnt seeem to find a difference between the two except for an extra headphone out and a big knob.

Big ballin' it is 8)

The saffire is pretty good, very nice and clean A/D converting.
Same with the rode nt2a very clean, very! low noise.

I got 30% discount on the saffire and the c-control (got them together for 560 euro). Beceause one of my teachers is is the official dealer of focusrite, samson and novation in my country. :D

the samson c-control is here 130 euro

the thinkpad seems kinda pricey, compared to what you can get at www.sub.co.uk .......any idea where the extra bucks go?
