Post by JD Sub » Mon Jan 30, 2006 12:11 pm

Does any body know how to deactivated midi if Live is inactive/ in background meaning:

I want to control my RME mixer app and Live5 with the same controller being a BCF2000 under mackie control, I fond how to do it in the RME
mixer software, but can't find a button "Deactivated midi in Background"
in Live 5.

Any sollutions anybody :(... :) ?

Working with Powerbook G5 under OSX 10.3

Live can't do that.

You could let LC Xmu manage the BCF for you, which will allow you to switch among any MC-aware host apps on the fly, background or foreground, without conflicts. See my signature for the app (and forum). Not free, but there's a demo.

That's only for Mac though, I think. Is there anything for PC?
