when i try to automate the "Steps" parameter of the arpegiator with a clip enveloppe, the only values available are the higher ones (if you set the steps value on 3 or 4, you won't be able to automate it to 1 for instance).
is it the way it is supposed to work?
it doesn't seem homogeneous with other controllers behaviour.

hmm i just had a look at this. i moved steps to 4 and then went to arrange to try to draw an envelope. at first i couldn't draw anything at all! up or down.
then i took it off pen mode and made a few break points on the envelope and moved them around. success. up and down
then reactivated pen mode and now can draw freely up and down

after a couple more tries, what it looks like to me is that if you
1. create arpeggiator
2. change step parameter
3. view step envelope
that there is no envelope. until you view another parameter and switch back to step. then it appears normally and you can draw
