i dunno, but since this is the "general" forum, we'll talk about whatever the fuck we want.

are you able to read the topics of threads before clicking on them? Or do you just click on them randomly?

Silly me - I thought this was :

Ableton.com > General forum

not

CurlingIdiots.com > General forum

Anyone see "My Name is Earl" tonight? Discuss. And waste loads of relevant forum space.

It's a sport invented by janitors at hockey rings, that were into bowling.
I have never come across a hockey rink that was into bowling... but then again I never asked - how can you tell?

i love curling.

It's kind of hard to get at first, but once you start to understand it's pretty freakin cool.

Of course i really like horseshoes and quaits, and curling is like both of those but with 10x the strategy. awesome.

The track this year was the most carved out one I've ever seen, it looked like a really wide bobsled track.

It was like short track skating with bumps, the movements were small but the announcers were good at explaining momentum over bumps, hard vs soft boots. Nice move the american rider made in the final.

I want to see how snowboard cross evolves. I can see it splitting up into parallels of the downhill ski events (speed) and the moguls and freestyle skiing (tricks) like the boardercross track with trick points... SSX styleee.

Best 2 out of 4 qualifying the in the first heat is harsh

2 and half hours until curling starts... if my math is right...
