been reading this months issue of Sound On Sound....there's an article about doing sound/music for film professionally. They emphasise how -IMPORTANT- a comfortable chair is, as any -SERIOUS PRO- will tell you about the problems they suffer with their backs.

Hello Ropey I thinking it is on time you show me pictires of your new gears by now so you order two weeks now so nothing arrive? Hmmm if me ordering I have everythings by three days easy maybe you wait for somethings? so what you plug all the gears to? do you plug direct to the audio interface? so you also still not buy any outboards but spending 1300 on out mic and 300 on windsheld so you do locate recording? I do this many times so what do you record locate recording on? Laptops is not good for this you know because boom enginners not trusting laptops for this. Do you work in films?

Yeah, I have the iBook you got, and it's a great little machine for the price, but it ain't no Core Duo MacBook Pro (which is a shit name btw). I'd save your authorisation for the iMac too.

You lucky son of a #$%. That's all I can say. Will you invite me around for a jam session? We can send a copy of whatever we come up with to radeon when we've got a rough mix.... I'm sure he'd love that.
