I may even have a weekday venue but it'd be dahn sarf - Brixton to be precise. It's small and relatively quiet and we'd have access to the sound system...and the bar.
where is it in brixton, sigh?? am down the road in tulse hill.

Can somebody please set a date and a place now, I've been watching this thread and waiting for something to happen. I'm sure when somebody takes that action, all will follow. I would, but am out of town. If someone comes up with definite details, we can start planning for it properly. Huh?

Cheers Emil

i have asked a few peoples for a bar or a pub to use for an evening , i am waiting for dates availlability & i have started working on some flash animation to use on screens during the event .
it's not much but if we all put something in , it will go somewhere .
as for now if some of you wants to meet somewhere to talk about it & get things sorted, i am up for it .

May I suggest Hive? in Brixton just down from the tube, next to brixton rec. Should be quietish up above the restaurant.

No screens though.

I'll ask them for a thursday night and get back to the board with some options.

Hi - I have just got Live 5, and am currently getting my head round it. I am using Live with Reason 3, through rewire, and I'm really enjoying the results.

It's certainly one of the best music apps I've come across - I'm creating stuff in minutes. Had previously been using Cubase VST, intending to upgrade for some time. I figured I'd take the plunge into a completely new program as I felt I was getting a bit stuck in my ways in Cubase, and it was all getting a bit stale.

Anyway, I'm in the East End of London, so this seemed the logical place to say hello. It would be good to hear what some other people are doing in Live (maybe when I've got some stuff to show off as well).

Cheers

Howard

Hi,

Guilty of not sorting anything out :(

But have been 'very' busy of late.

I would be a 'definite' for the Brixton bash.

What's the prefered date ?

I'm pretty free in April/May during the week.

Cheers
