Install Update

Hi there,

Do i install the 4.1 update on top of 4.0 or should i uninstall 4.0 first. Thanks for any help.

every version is a standalone .exe, they don't install over each other.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry if i'm not making myself cler here. I just unwrapped Live 4 and intalled it from the CD. Then i registered online which then directed me to a download for a 4.1 up date .

What i was wondering is if i should uninstall version 4.0 first before installing the 4.1 update? The 4.1 updated is not a stand alone .exe [for me anyways] but an actual windows installer package.

You are missing the point.
Wether it's a downloaded update or not each Live .exe for each version is treated as a seperate program.
So you DO NOT have to uninstall 4.0 to install it.
I have Versions 3 too 5 on my machine and they all sit happily side by side without any issues what so ever.
