hey, out of nowhere this weird issue pops up..
my undo function doesn't work anymore! cntrl-z does nothing, and if i select the drop down menu under edit, it says something like "undo parameter #x" (where x=a number).. but trying to undo this parameter change also does nothing. this is making it very annoying for me to work... anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this?
never mind... found the answer after extensive searching in the forum.. seems a vst i was using was self-modulating, and all this kept filling my undo buffer. posting this in case anyone has the same problem. just freeze the track with the iffy vst and everything is cool.
undo not working?

Check your VSTs, especially any that have blinky lights in the GUI.
Open up the live parameter panel for the VST and see if any of the parameters are moving by themselves.
Find the VST(s) that's "self-oscillating" and you will probably find the source of your problem.
