lost...Instruments

hi guys, i was trying out the trail version of the new 5.2, and i was following the lesson, when it said something about picking an insutrment under devices, i can't find insturments, only MIDI effects and Audio effects folders.

can someone help me with this, is it a known bug?
i tried to uninstall and reinstall again same problem. please help!

Try looking again. the absence of instruments (impulse, simpler, operator) is impossible.

i think he may be referring to any available patches.
for example, i just reinstalled live 5.2, and there are no patches under Simpler.
i'm afraid to find out what else is now missing.
