How much diet coke do you drink in a day? Is 3 cans too much?

Soda is bad bad bad!!!! Aluminum is one of the biggest causes of cancer. What has aluminum? Soda cans and canned foods in general. Also, chocolate bars and other sweets are wrapped in aluminum, many cooking utensils are aluminum etc. etc.

You should be ashamed of yourself! Why not pick a better vice? Like smoking? :P

remember that when aluminum enters your body it never leaves, it coagulates in your brain - that is not a good thing and is the precursor to quite a few forms of dementia. Have you ever seen someone with alzheimers, really - I'd rather be put down.

Arizona green tea with honey - fookin' amazing beverage, that.

There's a site that lists a lot of info about the effects caused by aspartame, the artificial sweetener used in diet sodas - it's scary shit. That's not even taking into account what everyone else has mentioned here, i.e. aluminum leeching from the can etc.

diet coke is worse for you than regular coke.

first up 3 cans is way too much but soft drink per day... waaay too much.

also diet coke has some nasty chemicals in it for the artificial sweetening that have been linked to numerous longterm health issues.

the chemical used in diet coke is the same as in nutrasweet which is a piece of work .. nasty shit indeed and since the chemical name became known as an evil entity, they have started to list it only as the official numbers for the chemicals. i.e. artificial blah blah (975, 929) or whatever those numbers are.
