Moving live sets from Mac to PC...

I cannot transfere my live sets from My G4 power book to my new XP pc? I had no problems moving sets from PC to Mac, but not the other way around..any solutions? thank you.
NB the reason why I am moving to PC is obvious! the pc handles live much better in many ways than Mac sadly...because I love my Mac.

you have to add suffixes.
song flies add .als
audio add .aif or .wav (whatever it is)

i'm assuming this is what your issue is.
