SupaTrigga plug-in causes crash

Most of the time after using the VST plug-in SupaTrigga, I experience a crash with Live. It is not immediately, and sometimes only after I quit the program (with the message that Live "unexpectedly quit.") It seems the more I manipulate SupaTrigga -- through automation, or real-time, the more prone I am to crashes.

Anyone experiencing this?

I use an iBook 900, 384 Ram, OS 9.2.2, Live 3.

wow. i can confirm. i actually just found this out about two hours ago and came online to post something about it. it's after about thirty seconds give or take after inserting the plug, i get a crash with an error 2 or 3 under os 9.2 on my ibook 800/384. there doesn't seem to be any action that causes it, whenever it crashed i was just litsening to the track and not touching anything.

no supatrigga is supalame.

i think it's a bit more stable on OSX

yeah, this is a confirmed bug. i emailed bram (the developer of supatrigga) and he says that he doesn't know why this occurs, but it seems to be an apple laptop problem. unfortunately, supatrigga is on the back burner for him and it may be a long time before he fixes the bug. maybe if we all promise to paypal him a donation he'll speed up the process...?

he's gonna fix that in the near futur, i don't think its a matter of money motivation, but i do think that the people that use suppatrigga a lot should donate because it's a great pluggin, i think it's one of the best i have got to use for live act and on some production...

Hi guys,
this is strange.
I'm using a PBook G3 Firewire 500 256M OS9.2, with Live3 and supppatrigaaaahh works absolutely great. Actually, i use 3 "copies" of it in one set, two on tracks and one on master. The fact is i don't tweak it so much. I first just put it on and off and since i assigned it to keys, i realized switching the FX on and of makes clicks, so the best i figured out is to leave it on to the 1 (bar) value and when i want the FX, i draw the slider to 4, 8 , or 16 (a little inertia there) with midi controller and it just works fine. This FX is so amazing and i guess so popular that maybe it's soon gonna have the same fate as filtered loops or anything that became too popular and overused: first adored and then trashed. Just have to be original and creative i guess.
Anyway, this effect is a bliss and i can't believe it's freeware. Really, so many tremendous "underground" VST plugins...
Back to the topic, as you say, it must be a Mac laptop problem.
Sometimes i feel lucky with my old G3 from y2k that is still so healthy and works fine... i guess that's the advantage of getting a machine just before a new (and not yet mature) machine arrives. It's "slow" but hey, i don't need more than 8 tracks to be happy with live. Ok, sorry for this personal remark.
