!!! Lost a file, please help

so I've recorded easily 30+ versions of this track and last night I did the best one and felt great. Today, I load up live and i get
"Live quit unexpectedly, would you like to recover your work on _track_Name_?"
and I said yes
then I closed Live and it said
"would you like to save?"
and I clicked NO! accidentally. damn.
and now the new version is gone.
Does anyone know of a way to get the recovered work back?!?!?

have a look at the temp folders in your working Live audio directory - there may be something there
