Filing Plug Ins?

Hi, I've just downloaded the 5.2 demo.
I've got a MacBook with intel duo processors.
Where do I file plug in effects / instruments for Live to see them?
I've looked through the manual, just can't seem to find the answer!?

make yourself a folder to put your plugins into. then in properties, set live's plugin folder destination to your new folder you just made.
