absynth 3 automation

hey.
is it just me or all absynth parameters can not be midilinked and automated ?

You need to set up control driven envelopes in Absynth's envelope window; then you can control anything that can normally be controlled by an envelope (which with Absynth is basically the whole synth)... read the section on control driven envelopes in the manual (it's under envelope modes).

You have to hard assign controllers to those envelopes- Absynth doesn't do MIDI learn at all.

Ive just upgraded to Absynth 4 and am having trouble setting up the automation with the Macro controls.. has anyone else had any luck with it (live 6)

you have the option to apply macro controls to any absynth parameter.. say the filter cut off..

then you can assign midi CC numbers to these macro controls..

i can do all that and according to absynth as VST instance in live it should respond but it doesnt....
