Kurzweil VA1

Post by jackmazzotti » Wed Jul 26, 2006 5:06 pm

rumor has it that they are still working on it and plan on releasing maybe later this year

I will snatch that up in an instant

if they add the vast processing and a good randomizer then this will probably destroy even the virus if possible

here is the old page for it

Where did you hear these rumors? Kurzweil themselves said that development on this synth was stopped when they realized it would be way too expesive compared to their competitors.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be very interested if they DID release it now, just seems odd.

I called them today and the secretary said its coming out later maybe this year

if they add those features i metioned then there won't be any competion

if they leave them out then there will be the virus

It's Kurzweil. It will be a whole new definition of classy.
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.

lets bombard kurzweil to get the ball rolling

this is way too good to remain a "never was"

randomize and vast processing and you have the synth for the 21st century

Sure looks like a tiny screen for a synth that complex.
