aslame as it looks, it is very portable, and makes for easy band jams as you don't have to learn any wierd fingerings or scales. for those who don't have a background in music theory it allows you a portable way to jam with a band.

looks like total faggotronica though. (and i don't mean fag in that cool homosexual way either)

I kind of like the idea of it. It's kind of expensive for something that seems a little too toy-like, yeh. I imagine most would be less than enthused about the prospect of needing to wear little bandaid like strips of conductive fabric on one's fingers.

I would honestly rather build a midi sleave that wraps around my erect penis. At least that was I can have some real fun while im jamming.

Quote from website:
Typically, if you're playing every day, a pair of Thumbletz will last a week, but they will wear out. They lose conductivity and you'll hear a stutter prior to a note being triggered. When they wear out, make yourself a new pair. Conductive fabric is not expensive- $20 worth should last a lifetime of MUSICPOLE playing.

He could of invented it without the stupid 'Thumbletz' by using same principle as your everyday electrical touch lamps. Is a bit embarising!!
