6.01: Library Content not installed

Installed 6.01, nothing was installed in my Library -- the directories are there on disk and in the browser but there is no content.

I pointed my Library in preferences to the old Beta library, so for the time being I can still get some content .... but assuming there were additions I am missing them

How can I get the new Library content to install?

NOTE: i recall similar thing happening last year after the beta -
