Seems not to work too well, doesn't send the controller messages it should. It also breaks the trackpad tap-click function and does not uninstall properly; you have to go in and remove components manually.

damn. well thanks for "taking one for the team" man! and btw, didn't realize you were the same Alex Reynolds who writes for Grooves. love that mag, been reading it for while. never put 2 and 2 together. really liked your interview with Autechre. nice to hear some focus on the whole piracy thing from them, very interesting take on the issue. later.

Seems a promising idea. I'd wait for v2.

Not to toot my own horn, but I feel pretty lucky to have conversations with these folks. Setting up an interview with anyone from Warp is like pulling teeth from a shark...

kind of a repeat of my PM

I installed and uninstalled it as well with the same findings, but now I'm going nuts trying to get my trackpad to "click" again... any ideas on this?

to restore Trackpad function

Post by proteron » Fri Mar 05, 2004 10:12 pm

You need to remove this file from :

Disk>System>Extensions

OutpostADBMouse.kext

the program puts other files in that it does not remove, but this is the actual trackpad replacement driver. Reboot after you throw it in the trash
