MIDICLOCK OUTPUT IMPLEMENTATION! quite essential!

midiclock output. quite essential. i have tried to work with the sync-in feature but i found that it doesn't always work steady enough. being able to use live as a master clock would make things much easier. you probably heard this one before...

... MIDI clock out is almost done and will be part of one of the next minor updates.

btw.: we are now also featuring relative controlers ---> big fun to use live with e.g. doepfers pocket dial. no more jumping parameter values...
