Synths under £300...whats the best?

I currently have no external sources at all, just what I have on Ableton. I am looking to create tech-house, grimey stuff-like angello/ingrosso/dahlback/romboy.

thought about a DSI evolver? i can't believe that's slipped under the radar this long - it might be a bit over 300 quid though.
