Major loop glitch in Live 1.5

I'm using Live 1.5 in ReWire mode with Reason 1.0 to bring in loops. Everything is working fine but randomly (I've determined no logical cause/effect) when I'm running Live and triggering loops, it occasionally snaps back to the start of a loop before it's finished playing. There is no regular pattern to when this happens, nor to how it happens. Sometimes a loop that it 8 bars long will loop on 4 instead of the full 8 (this is not so much a problem) whereas sometimes it will loop on 7 bars instead of 8. I am using phrased melodic passages where it is crucial for the loops to work together and not get a bar off like this.

It happens when ReWire mode is off, it happens when it's on, it usually does not happen, but when it does it's very irritating. I'm finalizing a live set for performance and it seems like "Live" doesn't lend itself all that well, given these random instabilities....????
