Rubber Band- Simpler
wow, those are some interesting instruments you've made with my samples. Haven't tried tweaking the macros yet, but I like the sound.

Well, funny that I should start a new rubber band craze with everyone sampling elastic bands!!

Just trying to promote the spirit of collaboration :)
On the macros- try playing with the sample start and loop length.. kind of fun.

Well, I've got a lot of vsts and stuff eqs/verbs/delay but its really more of a what sounds best with what, and in what order. I want to put together a good all around chain that i can load up easily when i'm about to play live. ya know? am i making any sense?

could I request a rack too?
I want to be able to control the amount of reverb and chorus individually for my highs mids and lows. Then an overall wet/dry and an overall volume.
Pweeze?

Hey, I got a couple of treats for anyone wanting some new sounds.. They are also linked to at the top of this thread, but incase you miss them here they are:

Casio VZ-10m "FX instruments"
by jasinski: Using samples from my Casio VZ-10m, here are a bunch of Simpler instruments- "multisampled' by layering Simpler instances into Rack chains- and using the macros to control the loop length and other aspects of the sound. More to come from the VZ-10m. One of my favorite synths for really bizzare sounds.

Kid Beat Box and Pads
by jasinski: A collection of Simpler multi-sampled instrument racks. I recorded my 8 year old making all kinds of sound effects- Kind of fun.

am wrote:this is also in the other show us your racks thread.... but i thought i'd put it here too.

it's an acoustic drum kit... with tweakable mic positions... sounds strange i know, but you get the idea once you see it in action.

it's a large download, and it's processor intensive.... but it's pretty good for getting a range of Acoustic drum sounds.... and also for messing with until you get really odd sounds.
