Ableton 6.03 & FL studio 6 rewire problem

When I use FL Studio 6 rewire in Ableton 6.03 the cpu usage 60%
Why?

I cannot reproduce this here.

Would be so kind as to provide me your system specs so we can compare

Here are mine:

CPU - Intel P4 3.2 GHz 800MHz FSB HT disabled
RAM - 2 GB DDR400
Mainboard - ASUS P4C800E Deluxe
Audio Card - RME fireface 800 (also tested with a Delta 1010 LT)

Live version - 6.03
FL Studio version - 6.08 XXL Producer Edition.

Bug in FL Studio 6.0.8. Update to FL Studio 7 and the rewire should work OK. I just tested the new version and it works well.
