Color Coding Clips

I searched but couldn't find anything.

How do you guys color code your clips?

double click the clip, in the clip view that opens up there is a colored bar underneath the clip name. click that and choose your color.

I don't think he meant how, but why... what colours do you use?

I use colours that don't give me a headache, but people like Moldover (search YouTube) uses colours to indicate what key or tempo a clip is.

personnaly, I always use the same colors, as on my custom midi controler.

I used to color code for genre or sample type, but after they randomly shuffled the clip colors in the 6 update, I gave up.

Now I just use the ones that actually catch my eye & stand out from one another.

Yep, I know how to change clip colors. I was wondering what rules you all use when color coding. Tempo? Music type? Clip length? I'd like to hear what you've all come up with.
