count in

hi

im new to ableton live. I want to record a keyboard riff but How can I enable a count in (say 4 clicks) before the recording option starts ?
Sorry if this comes across a tad thick...

I've had the same problem.
Work around I found is:
In the first measure, insert 4 HiHat closed sounds and start playing right after.
Once in the box, use the editor to start at the proper time.

set the punch in marker to one or two bars in, turn the click on, put the play thingo at the begining of the track and record
