Audio glitches when cueing on/off

Hi all,
I have this awful problem. Anytime i cue (in/out) a track in headphones live makes this glitch on the main outs. Something like 12/16 tracks playing (only wavs, no softsynths, and a few effects), moderate cpu usage (50%).

I had this problem with L5 and now L6. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

This is obviously not good when making a live performance with big PA...
Turn up the radio. Turn up the tape machine. Look into the sunset up ahead. Roll the windows down for a better taste of the cool desert wind. Ah yes. This is what it's all about. Total control now.

Have you tryed to make the latency higher?

I'm on 512 samples, do you think i should go higher than that?
