French B**tards

Post by forge » Sun Jun 13, 2004 8:52 pm

Unbefu**kinglievable

When it comes to football I'm one of those annoying bandwagon jumpers (you know World cup, Uefa etc)

But England 1 nil for nearly ninety minutes then slaughtered in extra time, that's just not real. It's gotta be a conspiracy.

I'm stunned, I was all set to finish my mix but I'll have to learn to speak again first.

don't worry, the portuguese Drug law reform should help that - remember when England played in Holland? - Pussycats, if there's plenty of weed and pills they'll be fine. The Belgians made the mistake of giving them booze in abundance, and Stella Artois at that.

And yes - if it all goes wrong we can blame Ableton for not getting it out before hand eh??

the really funny thing is the commentators were going on about how England has never one an opener - even in the famed 1966, they were saying it like history had just been made and then when the second goal came they just went silent.

It was absolutely astonishing.

Almost as if the French were actually highly advanced aliens who were just toying with them for fun and then just squashed them with their football lasers after getting their sick pleasure.

I'm still shaking my head in disbelief

try explaining your girlfriend why you wanna watch 90 minutes at the utmost crap, and then get all excited in the extra time.

well, france didn't really deserve to win, but england definitely deserved to loose. had a good laugh, although the lads from the great liverpool f**ked up big time. (lfc may not bring us the best of football, but it sure is a warm club. much more important to me). mmmm, zidane...
figo has been were he has been all his carreer: whinning at the ref while sitting on his ass. and popstar becks missed a penalty. couldn't have started better for me. personality... now if only italy would get a beating... bunch of drama queens (don't take it personal, people from these nice countries... it's just football)

my sympathy goes to larsson and sweden.

too bad for the rest of europe belgium is not in the tournament. would have been a good laugh.

like zappa said: music is the best...

but you gotta let go sometime... yesterday was the last day i touched cubase. i'm gonna wait till the beta comes out, and euro2004 couldn't have come at a better time.

Boy, I'll say. I watch the BBC broadcasts that get piped over here to the U.S., and some of the riot stories from various football matches are pretty intense. The fans seem to get more of a workout than the athletes.

This is an open invitation to all you European football (soccer) hooligans to come over to the USA and play on the White House lawn. Please kick the shit out of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Colin Powell's son and any other right wing, born again religious fanatic in this country that holds a position of power. Time to put your rioting skills to good use and help us out here in the US of Amnesia.

telepathic regards,
the kooky scientist
