Erasing Trash?

Post by morales123 » Sun Mar 11, 2007 10:54 pm

I'm fairly new to Live, and I was wondering if there was a quick way to erase all the unused WAVs in a project (bad guitar takes and such) and keep the good ones. (Similar function to "Empty Trash" in Cubase)

Anyone?

I think live will ask you eventually if you want to remove the unused files.

In Live 6 there's a project manager.

- Select "File manager" in the file menu

- Click on the "Manage project" button that appears in a tab on the right.

It will give you some info about the samples currently used in the project.
It shows you how many samples are used and how many are unused.
And most importantly, which samples are used/unused.

- B
