Help with padkontrol and instant mapping

Hi, im trying to setup an instant mapping file for my padkontrol using the methods explained in the two txt files with live. Yet nothing seems to be working for me, I assigned the pads to corresponding CC's which I edited in the userconfig file to control lives transport controls. All my pads are sending on midi channel 1.

those are the settings. Heres a shot of my midi config in live.

Anyone out there who has setup something similar or knows what the problem is? Appreciate any help.
