Need help for recording a long performance!

Hello!

I am trying to record a long performance (about 70 min) in Live, but I'm getting problems...
My setup is just fine, I can record 5 min without any problems, but when I record long tracks, I can't listen to the recording. The waveforms appear in the arrrangement view, but they become grey after 20 min.

Does someone have an idea about how to listen to those tracks? Or how should I record to avoid this problem?

Hi,

How many tracks are you recording? What about your setup? Computer, soundcard etc.. Also, what method do you use to record? If you could post a screenshot, it may help to understand the problem.

Hi!

Actually, I already solved the problem by changing the audio quality. The recording quality setting was too high, which led to enormous files - too large (more than 2GB) for the operating system (I run Live on a Mac).
