Transformers The Movie....

Post by roach808 » Tue Jul 03, 2007 10:00 pm

....was the fuckin shizznite!

Just got back and it was probably one of the first movies in awhile i was really excited 2 see, and even more excited when i left the theater. The sound design on that movie was KILLER! Ok, pardon my geek-fest over here. I've only been waiting on this movie for ages. Oh yeah, they gave Jazz and awesome ghetto-fabulous voice....it was awesome. My day has mosdef been made.

It was fucking great. I was cheering through the whole thing!
The only thing that was kinda gay was the music. WAY over the top.

The only thing Bay didnt sneak in there was the riff from the original score.. That would have been icing on the cake!

it was good, made me feel like a 5 year old leaving the theater, all giddy and high on goofballs

i didn't feel the music at all, was pretty dissapointed in it, you can do a lot more than rock guitars when doing a robot movie

how can you have robots and no techno?!?!? :?

Just got back and...

so wait, I'm the only person who thought the acting and story line sucked

the Transformers were AWESOME!!!!!!! don't get me wrong <-- that was dope as can be no doubt

but the storyline was horrible - that kid and the girl holding hands during intense action ???

and the sector 7 geek squad <-- no military outfit acts that stupid

but the Transformers were AWESOME for real!!!!!!

I might see it again but I wish Micheal Bay hadn't made it and someone else who knows how to put together a story for crying oput loud

oh and what happened to StarScream at the end? He never died...for all I know he's alive

I gave the movie a 7.9 out 10 could've been a 8 or 9 had the story, acting and directing of the actors been better

good movie and the transformers again, were awesome ;)

i thoguht it was really shit! dull story, and the second half especially was really tedious

i cant believe how many people liked it

the music was fucking dreadful - cant stand that generic military sounding uplifting hollywood shit. given the quirkiness of the characters, why wasnt the music more quirky or unusual/comedic?

That's what I've heard from some good sources. I'm gonna go as a 9 year old.

I will admit though the movie was funny shit - I was crackin' up for the first half

good points - it was funny, the transformers transforming and fighting, and the kids parents were awesome

bad points - I already listed them

er.. its a movie about toys.

all this talk about scripts and storyline and acting. what the fuck are you going on about. it a film about 35 foot robots kicking the crap out of each other based on some toys. not some highbrow arthouse cinema piece.

go back to russia you commies! :D

i can't wait to see it.. but i have to wait for dvd (i dont step foot in theaters)

i expect the story to suck ;)

i just want bad-ass robots, when i was a kid i loved those things

i was a little old when the transformers hit the shelfs...but i loved them.. man i got harassed by my peers for playing with those things :'(
