Anybody else use the Sonalksis SV-315mk2 comp?
I upgraded to the 2.02 version of the 315mk2, and all of a sudden, I can't select it's sidechain input anymore (that is, I can't chose it as a destination from another audio track). This worked in v2.0.
My first impression was, of course, that sonalksis simply had broken something in the upgrade. However, the annoying thing is that it still works just fine in Cubase 4.
Anybode else??
(I'm on PC, using VST...)
External Sidechain in Sonalksis SV315mk2 not working...
Latest AU works fine on Mac. Mac VST is temporarily broken to conform to new Steinberg VST specs. I guess PC VST is also broken?
Email Sonalksis. If the PC VST is also temporarily broken, they will send you the previous version with the working sidechain that you can use until the next update when it's fixed.
i do think they should make this more clear and post something about this on their website or forum though.
Or they should just hurry up with releasing the fix.
