Tiesto.
FU! PVD!
Well, PVD does have a better fist pump but he falls short with the arms out like christ pose, Tiesto is amazing at both, so sorry man I have to stick to my guns and say Tiesto is the best band ever.
pffffffffft Oakenfold has much better hair.

What if PVD Oakie and Tiesto joined up and made their own band! You'd have great hair, an awesome christ pose, and two really good fist pumpers! sheeeeeiiiit!

the world would achieve perfect PLUR and music would cease to exist after having achieved perfection. that's probably why they haven't done it yet.

The best band is a rubber band.

In all seriousness, I'd have to go along with the Radio Head supporters.

I'd also like to add my personal all time favorite band, the Pixies.

As well as Pink Floyd.

In all seriousness-since Tone is anti-rubber band, I have to join you lot and vote for The Beatles (and Geoff Emerick, their long time engineer)as well. I think we could devote an entire thread to each of their albums.

Have you read the book/memoirs by Emerick about Beatles recording sessions? I think we might have already had this conversation awhile back,, I don't know... Abe's search engine is fke*% anyhow- the book is entertaining and made me appreciate the evolution of music technology and the creativity in recording. Geoff Emerick was practically a Beatle himself.

Beatles, followed fairly closely by Zeppelin. No other band can boast a body of work like theirs.

Genesis but only during the era when Peter Gabriel was the singer, and Phil Collins was mostly on drums. Amazing stuff.
