MECHUPA - Mash-ups to listen, Ableton Live packs to download

Post by fzero » Sat Aug 25, 2007 7:32 pm

I've been making mashups for a while under the MECHUPA name, and today I released the Ableton Live projects for ALL TRACKS in .alp format.

www.mondofzero.com/mechupa

Yep, they're 100% copyright infringement, so get them while I'm not sued. 8)

You can re-post them anywhere you like (in fact, please do). I believe one of the best ways to learn how to use live is toying with other people's projects.

The packs are for Live 6 and above. You'll also need the SupaTrigga and BuzMaxi3 plugins (they're linked on the site).

Have fun!

In Safari's ACTIVITY it shows these .alp files as "not found"

The joy is in giving - but the fun is in getting!

Yeah, it's like that in portuguese too! It sounds almost the same as mash-up, so there you go.

i only listened to the tracks yet...Blackeyed Brothers is just how I like my mashups: Floor stomping, straightforward and fun. Enjoy the silence is horribly out of key to the sexy backing (pun intended), but overall good work mate. Kudos for sharing the project files, too.

I agree about Sexy Silence, that's why I simply didn't use Justin's synths while the DM's voice is on. I just wanted to use the acapella SO BAD that I did it anyway.
