what is the Best Plug for turning a male voice into a Female

I have this vocalist with a great voice that is perfect for a paticular song except that the song needs a female vocalist, what is the best easiest solution to use for achieving this?

you need something that can shift the formants in the voice.

melodyne or autotune
can both do this
