yes, you can, assuming your windows host daw/app will also run under crossover.
they will not talk to your osx apps or daws however.
i like to call it crapover.
for those of you who arent familiar with crossover, it is a program which allows you to run windows programs on a mac os.
I once managed to get fruityloops open on mac osx, but it froze and there was no sound.
because vst's aren't a stand alone program, i dont think it is yet possible to use crossover to use vst's.
someone please tell my im wrong!

Crossover AFAIK is basically WINE for OS X. Since Wine only implements half of Windows and nothing much related to audio or VSTs, it's not going to work.
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.

I've been able to use FLstudio but under parallels... However I've never tried to use any vst, 'cos I should download a windows version of all of them and that was a no go for me... anyway, if you want to use any DAW on windows on a mac U better go for bootcamp... otherwise, as I do ise parallels but at least for me, I use it to create some sound and then export them, and use them on Live under OS X...
Just because I've paid for FL long time ago and now I can use just what I like from it and then take it to mac and Live....
