Unsupported midi controller?

How do I get my edirol pcr-m30 to show up in the control surface area of the preferences so i can map and play? Thanks

you can roll your own auto map for any device, it's a semi-secret function

IF you are on PC look in your folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\###your user name ###\Application Data\Ableton\Live 6.0.10\Preferences\User Remote Scripts

you'll see a text file which tells you what to do.
There's more info buried on this forum somwewhere, and most likely on the wiki.

I'm on a mac, so that may complicate things, but if anyone knows that'd be cool. But I'll start searching these forums

Just to do ordinary midi mapping, you don't need an automapping profile. Just hook it up and get going.
