How can I enter seesion tracks without hitting record?

I want to add my session tracks to my session page without hitting record and hitting the green arrow to play them..Is there a easy way to add them in the arrange page without doing this?Also How I can get automation to snap to bars?

Claudek All you have to do is copy and paste from session view to arranger view It also works from song to song

Copy each individual clips and paste them in to the tracks in the arranger view
