I had the same issues, created a new account, but still no credit card payment accepted but it would let me use Paypal - My normal account is still locked out and no reply from beatport customer support...

Beatport suck when it comes to customer service.

I was in an internet café on the 11th October and tried to download some tracks after paying for them on a debit card. The café profile security settings wouldn't let me download the tracks. So I've payed Beatport and got nothing in return.

I have emailed them 7 times over the last 6 weeks about this/getting a refund and not even had a sniff of a response. I won't be using them again.

As far as I know the songs you purchase remain avaiblable to download for a couple weeks to a month after you purchased them and even after you downloaded them. Can't access beatport at work and it looks like they are currently having problems anyway. but there should be some kind of "purchased" tab linked to your account where the songs are still there for download.

Yeah that's all well and good. But my point is that they should have emailed me back. Especially after 7 emails in 6 weeks.

I agree but for a company closely affiliated with NI would you really expect them to provide good customer service?
